While we ensure your 100% satisfaction is achieved every single time, we do have a cap on the number of revisions you can request for your project. Reason being we want to make sure our clients take every revision opportunity seriously as well as valuing the time and effort our experts have to put into to fulfil it. Absolutely! All assets and contents we create at Iconine will be commercially licensed by us and our partnered entities to ensure the full commercial rights of our clients is delivered and transferred upon completion of payment.

For your peace-of-mind, we provide a complimentary 30-day technical support after the completion of your project. We can modify or make small changes (within reason) to your project free of charge during which time. After 30-day lapsed, any modification to your project will incur additional service fees.
